The staff's genuine hospitality made me feel like a treasured guest, and their attention to detail was unparalleled. The spa was a true oasis of relaxation, offering the perfect cool-down after days of rigorous trekking. The ambiance was serene, with soft lighting, soothing music, and a refreshing scent that immediately put me at ease. My therapists were highly skilled and tailored treatments to rejuvenate sore muscles and leaving me feeling refresh and revitalized. Beyond the spa, the hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. My room was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring plush furnishings and spacious bathroom that had a bath and shower. Winding down in such luxury after a challenging hike was an indulgence I won’t soon forget. The resort’s dining options were top-tier, with meals that balanced wholesome nutrition and gourmet delight. Went to play golf for a couple days, amazing resort. We stayed in room 3101 nice living room with fireplace with wood setup, couch 2 chairs and a round table, small terrace off the back looking out over garden. Refrigerator and bar area on back wall of living room, atrium between bedroom and large bathroom. Large bedroom comfort and quiet, peaceful place. Service impeccable from everhone great breakfast buffet or a la carte, nice restaurants, and shops, spa was booked so we couldn’t go. Fabulous garden grounds for walks. Great main bar with terrace. Great golf highly recommend the links. Will go back to play again if in SA again!

Every staff member was welcoming and thoroughly professional and our luxurious suite was one of the most enjoyable experiences that we have ever experienced in the Western Cape. The property was massive and beautiful. They had a kids club where our kids enjoyed spending the day and it gave us a break as well on the last leg of our journey. The dinner at La Cantina (Italian) was great and they had a good spread for breakfast as well. The room was amazinggggg! The renovated rooms (in the 5xx series) were super spacious for our family of 4.
